There are two internationally accepted styles of cutting and consuming your food. One is referred to as the "zig zag" method. Can you name the other style or the official name of the "zig zag" method?
The answers are: American style or "zig zag method" and Continental/European Style.
The American and Continental styles are very different in technique but they both begin with the same proper finger placement shown in the picture.
